To welcome summer at the end of another season, we leave the cinema and set up in Praça da Batalha for a series of outdoor film screenings for the third year running.
Based on the idea of "a place in the sun", we propose a journey through stories inhabited by characters looking for the light — be it a warm destination, a new identity, a fresh start or a purpose. These are journeys of search and transformation, where the longed-for refuge can reveal unexpected challenges and discoveries — and in which sunlight can either guide or blind.
Over the course of two weeks, in six film screenings, we invite the public to seek a place in the sun under the stars of Praça da Batalha.
