ORLAN, a French performer, multimedia artist and feminist, is the guest of this edition of Multiplex, which includes two conferences and a series of films by the artist. Crossing different disciplines such as painting, sculpture, photography, video, installation and performance, ORLAN's work has been internationally recognised since the 70s. The cosmetic surgeries she performed in the 1990s, which became public performances and rituals, reflect on the limits of the body, technology, bioethics and artificial intelligence.
