As part of its partnership with the Laia Cooperative, Batalha is hosting the Cauldron #3 program. Part of SPECTRAL, a European partnership project between six independent analog film labs, Cauldron consists of five meetings dedicated to sharing and disseminating knowledge produced in the context of these creative spaces. Cauldron #3 has as its special guest the partner laboratory Filmwerkplaats, from Rotterdam, and includes training sessions and presentations of research into analog devices for expanded cinema at the Laboratório da Torre. In Batalha, the session presents a set of films developed at Filmwerkplaats in the general context of SPECTRAL.
