Seldom screened, Batalha will present in a national premiere The Man Who Breaks In, a film written, directed, shot and soundtracked by Byung-Chul Han. Its contemplative scenes show us two figures in distinct choreographies, laden with meaning. Throughout the narrative, we hear an aria from Bach’s “Goldberg Variations” — which the writer considers to be the true star of the film.
