Elise, 26, is an excellent dancer. However, during a performance, she injures herself and discovers that she will no longer be able to dance. From then on, her life is turned upside down. Between Paris and the Bretagne region, through encounters and experiences, disappointments and hopes, Elise ends up approaching a contemporary dance company. This new way of dancing will give her a new impetus and a new way of life.
