more-than-human — perspectives on technology and futurity is part of the Contemporânea Film(e) project, directed by Celina Brás, which throughout 2024 will present a print edition, a film series and a public programme. In Batalha, we will be showing four films and a film-performance that critically analyse the use of technology as a capitalist tool and device, and its impact on human life, the interchangeability between the natural and the artificial, the robotic and the organic, and the tensions that these processes generate.
