Next Saturday, Claire Denis, French filmmaker to whom we dedicated our first retrospective, will be present at Batalha for a talk and the presentation of the national premiere of Avec amour et acharnement, film starring Juliette Binoche and Vincent Lindon awarded at the Berlinale. A unique opportunity to hear one of the most influential and stimulating names in contemporary cinema.

The conversation, with artistic director Guilherme Blanc, will focus on her filmography, which spans over five decades, and is characterised by a subversive, fearless and profoundly original cinema.
