Contemporânea Film(e) is a film and video curatorial project that aims to explore new forms of curation and exhibition, art and theory, film and contemporary art. To this end, visual artists have been invited who use film, video and experimental cinema in their practices or whose production is situated on the border between contemporary art and cinema. The screening programmed by Gabriel Abrantes focuses on and explores themes related to class, nationalism, revolution and protest.
