Mr Hulot’s Holiday, it’s the first Jacques Tati’s films, introducing the character of Mr.Hulot, it’s a comedy, almost without dialogues, where the caracter played by himself, like a silent clown, someone ready to be kind to everyone he meets. The original elements on the narrative, often comes from the perfect sound effects and the original music. At each funny moment, we can see during the film, Mr. Hulot tries to deal with problems, we see him but no one else seems to notice his presence, he’s sometimes invisible and nothing happens as we expect, surprises comes from everywhere and the passage of time outside on the beach or inside the small hotel are always funny.  A return to the cinema, to see it again with pleasure as the tourists came to the hotel summer after summer for the holidays.
