In a reality where teleportation is used as a means of transport, CAPS is a prison island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, built for migrants who sought to illegally teleport to the United States of America. The film transports us to an augmented reality filled with dance and unlikely technology in which even bodies are a mere formality. All this with a talking alligator as our host, out of whose mouth protrude the sharp teeth of a biting satire about border control.
