Albert Einstein's "happiest thought" — which inspired the physicist to develop the General Theory of Relativity in 1915 — serves as a starting point for this visual essay by Polska. At the center of the work is the greatest mass extinction on Earth, over 250 million years ago, during the transition from the Permian to the Triassic period, when 90% of life on the planet was destroyed. The result is an immersive screening that reanimates, poetically, the destroyed biosphere on Earth through a text sung by the american artist Geo Wyeth.
