Programme:
An anthological film about the attack on the Twin Towers, made up of 11 short films by 11 filmmakers of different nationalities, all of which last 11 minutes, 9 seconds and one frame. Ken Loach is the author of one of these segments, which focuses on Pablo, a Chilean refugee in London, who writes a letter to the families of the victims of the attacks, reminding them of “his” 11 September: the US-backed coup d’état in Chile in 1973 against President Salvador Allende. Loach’s segment was awarded the FIPRESCI Prize for Best Short Film at the Venice Film Festival.
