Developed as part of the Biennale of the Moving Image (Geneva), Nuvem Negra focusses on the Reboleira neighbourhood in Lisbon, whose existence is threated by plans for a new motorway. As it alternates documentary fragments about the history of the area with accounts from its different inhabitants, the film captures the vulnerable way of life of the neighbourhood, at risk of imminent disappearance.
