Programme:
In the village of Santa Catarina, in Alto Alentejo, in 1976, people discuss their lives, their values and their needs. A group of filmmakers from the cooperative Grupo Zero record these moments, with a particular interest in the literacy course. A month and a half after the first shootings, the collective organised a film screening for the villagers, promoting a debate on the film that was in production. It shows that cinema, as well as acting as an observer, was also an agent of the revolution itself.
