Returning to their former family home — a mansion now transformed into a mysterious, almost empty hotel — a middle-aged woman and her mother are confronted by secrets from the past. Revisiting both the good memories and the difficult times they lived through on the property, the two women are forced to unravel an enigma in order to get out of the house safely.
