Newly employed at a public swimming pool in a London neighbourhood, 15-year-old Mike develops an obsession with Susan, his co-worker. While they devise a strategy to get better tips from customers by providing “special services”, Mike's growing desire leads him to sabotage Susan’s relationship with her fiancé. The young man’s desperation leads him to a tragic end. A simultaneously comic and bleak piece set with music by Cat Stevens, which weaves a portrait of a Swinging London full of uncertainties.
