A film crew crosses the plains of Palestine by car. To avoid a closed checkpoint, they take a detour along smaller side roads. This route leads to a series of encounters with the military occupation, exposing the territory’s fragmented existence. This film was the first arab short film to be part of the Official Selection at Cannes, in 2003.
